Each year, NBTN is happy to mix music and visual arts for the pleasure of your senses! Be it by means of improvised imagery and musical themes, or as a concert event, the NBTN public has been delighted to see many artists in action, such as Chango Family (2002) or Mes Aïeux (1999). This year, NBTN is proud to welcome a unique and extremely affable artist, Tomas Jensen!

June 13, 14 and 15

Tomas Jensen’s show will be quite particular. He will not only perform humorous and social choruses with his band, the Faux Monnayeurs (counterfeit money), he will also be accompanied by the Artist-Painter-Performer, Luc Boisclair ! 9 other bands will also perform on the outdoors stage at the Main Site, from Friday June 13th 3pm to Sunday June 15th 6pm.

5 pm Cannabistro: festive and funky rock-ska
7 pm Le Kitchose Band: acoustic pop with a jazz and blue edge
9 pm Parking-Poetry: pavement poetry
A meeting place for painters, poets and ad lib music

Saturday June 14th
noon Pépé: original and outgoing singer song-writer
2 pm Voodoo Jazz: Entrancing and smooth groove jazz
4 pm Plywood 3/4: where punk-rock meets country
9 pm Tomas Jensen with a performance by Luc Boisclair

Sunday June 15th
noon Gadji-Gadjo: festive gipsy ensemble with an Eastern flavor
2 pm La Balconade: original instrumentation with satirical texts
4 pm Afrodizz: funky and jazzy afrobeats at their best
